Conventional copper based heating systems can be susceptible to corrosion and puncture (nails and screws are a major culprit ).Also a build up of silt on tight bends in the system can cause blockages over the years.
The development of underfloor systems without radiators pose their own problems. The biggest is that the pipework is totally concealed underfloor and is inaccessible unless all the floor screeding is removed.
A simple and cost effective thermal imaging survey will expose all areas of system breakdown and blockage. This means that only the damaged or blocked area needs to be uncovered and repaired, saving excessive down time, and money.
